HomeMade Chocolate pudding
Ever since I was a child, i love puddings...specially when it's CHOCOLATE!!! So now am sharing with all of you my own chocolate pudding.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. rice flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
4 cups milk
3/4 cups refined sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
half bar bitter chocolate ( optional)
Procedure:
Step 1. Combine rice flour and cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and stir till totally mixed. Set aside.
Step 2. In a deep casserole, combine the remaining ingredients except for the bitter chocolate, and start to
heat the casserole in medium fire, and before the the cocoa mixture boils, pour in the rice flour
mixture and start to cook while stirring to avoid lumps. When the pudding will boil, lower down your
heat and allow 2 minutes more to boil and add in now your bitter chocolate, stir till melt, remove
from fire.
Step 3. Pour into your desired containers for pudding...let cool before putting in the ref. For the toppings,
you can sprinkle some grated walnuts, some grated chocolate, whatever you would love for your
toppings!!!
